Item Returns:

Please notify us of the problem so we can instruct you on the proper handling of merchandise before shipping item back. Enclose the reason for returning the item. If the item is damaged, defective or the wrong item sent, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Item has to be returned in original package, unused and in new condition or it will be refused. For every item returned there will be a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays all shipping costs. A refund of the original cost plus shipping will be credited to a credit card or a store credit in a form of a certificate. NO CASH BACK will be given.

Anything to be shipped outside the USA, extra charges will apply. Please notify us via e-mail for shipping & handling charges.

Check Returns:

If paying with check, item will not be shipped until check is recieved. For every check that is returned with nonsufficient funds, there will be a $35 charge. You then will be contacted for another form of payment.
